* Our standard programs contain the following:

Air conditioned transport with mini van, Instruction lesson, welcome drink, coffee, tea and snacks, hot lunch buffet, juice, shower facilities with hot water (towels are provided by BQDT),changing rooms for men and women with lockers, $ US 50.000 personal accident insurance****. 2. Our quad / buggy program offers approx. 2 hours of activity.
3. Our 2 in 1 Quad + Tubing and buggy + Tubing Adventure offer an approx. 2 hours of quad or buggy activity and approx. 2 hours of tubing activity. Special off road transportation to and from the river is provided. 4. Our 2 in 1 adventure quad / buggy + rafting combines our off road tour with an approx. 2 hours of rafting activity (in co-operation with SOBEK and BAT (Ayung river) and Bali Rafting (Telaga Waja river).
5. Our 2 in 1 Family adventure” offers an approx.2 hours Quad or Buggy driving with visiting the Elephant Park in Taro (also includes elephant riding at Taro). 6. Deviated programs with other conditions are specified under “Specification of exceptional contract” 7. For tours without lunch we deduct $US 5 per person from the publish rate.

These rates already include 2 activities for 2 people, based on tandem quad and / or buggy Driving
All Bali Quad and Bali Canyon Tubing tours are covered with a personal back up insurance of $US 50.000, which is in cooperation with Pt. Jasindo. Provided insurance is a liability Insurance, primary to be used to cover medical costs in case of injuries to a tour participant
that occurred as a result of technical or equipment failures. In any other cases the guest must have followed the companies rules as stated in the companies regulation form and duly signed the form before the tour, in order to benefit from the companies personal Insurance. The percentage of the total costs that will be covered by Pt. Bali Quad Discovery Tours depends on the case and the company will decide which percentage of the claim will be covered by Jasindo insurance.
Terms and Conditions:
General
1. Age limitation for self driving: 16 years until 65 years Children between 6 years and 15 years can only join as a co-pilot.
2. Covered with a personal insurance of $ US 50.000, which is in cooperation with Jasindo. 3. Age limitation for insurance cover is 5 – 65 years. 4. Participants younger or older than the insurers age limitation are supposed to fill out a disclaimer in the location. A detailed policy of the insurance cover can be sent to the contractor on request. 5. BQDT is not responsible for any lost of or damage to luggage or possessions of the guests during the transfer from and to the location and during the tour. 6. This contract is valid from immediately after being signed by both parties, until 31 March 2012, unless agreed otherwise between both contractors. 7. Publish and netto rates for all tours operated by Pt. Bali Quad Discovery Tours and Pt. Bali Canyon Tubing are fixed for the period until 31 March 2012. Publish and netto rates for combination 2 in 1 adventures with tours operated by a third party can be changed by the Management of PT. Bali Quad Discovery Tour within the period of contract without permission of the second party following sudden price changes by third parties.
Payments
1.All payments are to be transferred or paid in cash to BQDT before the tour / within 1 day before the day of the tour, unless mutually decided otherwise. 2.All payments are quoted in $ US, but can be settled in Indonesian Rupiah as well, following the exchange rate, provided by BQDT on the date of the tour. Credit card payments are accepted at the tour location at no additional charge (Visa, Master).
